How SmartBadges keeps learners safe

• Pupils sign in with their school Google account. They do not need a new password for this site.
• Parents do not need an account. Families can open a private share link to see achievements.
• Share links use a long random code, so strangers cannot guess or browse other children’s pages.
• Learners can hide their real name on shared pages, so only the badges show.
• When badges are shared with other systems, school email addresses are hidden.
